Overview
I wanted a portfolio that reads like the tools I use every day instead of a template. The home page is laid out like a shell session: each section is a file, career history is a git log and the stack is a config file.
Every page is statically generated and served from Vercel. Content lives in typed modules, so adding a project or editing copy is a code change that the type checker verifies.
Features
01
Terminal layout
A sticky column holds the name, contents and links while the content scrolls next to it. Sections are named like files and experience is rendered as a commit graph, with the current role as HEAD.
02
Command palette
Cmd+K or Ctrl+K opens a keyboard-driven menu that jumps to sections and case studies, copies the email address and opens profiles. Commands are filtered as you type and run with Enter.
03
Reading position
The contents list, the status bar and the URL hash follow the section being read. The hash is updated without adding history entries, and a deep link stays put even when the page can’t scroll it to the top.
04
Typed case studies
Each case study is data: features are defined once with their screens, and every locale must provide matching copy. A missing translation or feature description fails the build instead of shipping a gap.
